Any event we manage, we always ensure Health & Safety are of the highest priority. This involves completing risk assessments, ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to make sure the event is safe and we can deal with any situation. We will always have a professional ambulance crew on site.
We always make sure the event is controlled and your experience is one you can enjoy in a well managed environment.

Sample Event
Corporate Vitality Day
5km Fun Run - One loop of the stunning Dorney Lake. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Team Triathlon Relay (400m swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run) - 3 per team. Each individual completes one discipline.
Individual and full team Triathlon (400m swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run)
Individuals can enter and complete all disciplines. Alternatively they can also have a team of 3 where all members complete all
disciplines and their average team time gives team placing.
Dragonboating - Teams of 11 and mixed teams. Compete in heats leading up to a semi final and final. Great fun for everyone.
Arrive from 8am
9am - 5km Fun Run
9.30am - Team Triathlon Relay
10.30am - Individual and Team Triathlon
12.30pm - Dragonboating
1pm - Buffet lunch
2pm - Prizegiving
Alongside these core activities we can run a number of fun events for kids and family including a kids fun run, face painting to raft building.

Recent Project/s
The npower Games 2007
This event comprised 12 different sports ranging from running, football, netball to dragonboating and was held over a weekend at Nottingham University. Over 800 employees from npower took part. The weekend was made up of sporting activity, entertainment, and fundraising.
We managed the website design, full registration and administration process, complete sporting setup, logistics and health & safety.
JPMorgan Cazenove Triathlon 2007
This event was a triathlon for employees and clients and was held at the exclusive Dorney Lake in Eton. There was an individual and team challenge with a buffet lunch and prizegiving.
